website are general representations of our gift selections. Our designs
and inventory are constantly changing with the discovery of new items
and
trends and therefore we cannot guarantee that any two gifts will be
exactly
alike. You may rest assured that this will only enhance and not
change
the theme of your unique gift. We reserve the right to substitute
an item with one of equal or greater value, due to availability of
products
and containers, seasonal changes, or any other reason.
Shipping
Information
- We
only
ship within the continental
United States. Maryland residents will have 5% tax added to their
orders.
- Most
orders are shipped within
24 hours of receipt of order. If an order is received on Friday through
Sunday or a holiday it will be processed on the next business day.
- To
avoid a
delay in delivery
of your gift and additional fees, be sure that all recipient shipping
information
is correct.
- Gift
baskets (non fruit) are
shipped via UPS. UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes, therefore USPS
Priority Mail with delivery confirmation will be the shipping method if
you are shipping to a post office box. USPS Priority Mail
packages
are delivered in approximately 2-3 days. Refer
to the map below for approximate UPS delivery times.
Fruit
baskets are shipped via FedEx 3-day, 2-day or overnight to insure
freshness.
Fruit basket orders received by 1 p.m. EST, Monday thru Thursday will
be
shipped via FedEx the same day. Weekends are not counted by FedEx
as shipping days.
- Hand
delivery available in the
Gaithersburg, Germantown, Darnestown, Potomac, Rockville, Derwood, and
Montgomery Village area, 9:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST, Monday
through
Friday. We must have the recipient's phone number in order to
make the delivery. The hand delivery fee is $10 for residential
and
commercial locations. Local one day shipping is available for
other
Maryland locations.
- It
is
possible for shipping
delays to occur during holiday and peak seasons.
- We
will
not ship chocolate items
from May through late October, but we will replace chocolates with
items
that don't melt such as chocolate flavored cookies, brownies etc.
Chocolate is available for hand delivery.
- Gift
basket prices do not include
shipping fees. Our secure shopping cart will calculate your shipping
charges.
Shipping charge is per basket shipped. If the actual shipping
fee is less than the shopping cart calculation, your credit card will
be
charged the lower amount plus the price of the gift. Tracking
information
will be sent by e-mail when your gift has been shipped.
- An
enclosure card is included
in your gift basket with your personalized message.
Find
your state on the
map and refer to the color key on the right side of the map to find out
approximate shipping times to your location. UPS delivery time is
based on delivery to commercial locations. Shipments to
residential
or rural areas may extend shipping times.
Returns
We are
not
responsible for
typographical or other errors made by customer. If we are in error, we
will correct the error promptly by redelivery or refund.
To
avoid
delay of shipment
and possible additional fees from the shipping carrier, please be sure
that all recipient address information is accurate, including
recipient's
full name and address with apartment numbers. Additional fees from the
shipping carrier will be charged to the buyer. No refunds will be
made for incorrect addresses or refused shipments.
If a
gift
is returned to
us because of an incorrect address, you will be contacted to provide a
corrected shipping address. If redelivery is required for a corrected
address
an additional shipping fee will be charged.
If
the
package is damaged
in the shipping process, please retain the contents and the shipping
materials
because they may be required by the shipping carrier. Damaged
baskets
will be replaced or you will be issued a refund. Please contact
us

if your basket is damaged. No credit will be issued until Blessed
Baskets receives the returned merchandise.
Returns
of
unopened baskets
may only be made within 7 days of receipt with an authorization
number.
You must contact us at (202) 449-8197 or e-mail us
within 7 days of receipt for a return authorization number. Unopened
baskets
must be returned in the original packaging and in good condition.
Return shipping and fees are the responsibility of the customer and are
not refundable. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of
$10.00.
